ASH SCATTERING AT SEA

With the high costs of funerals, a burial at sea has become a popular choice for many families. The Lady Stuart can guarantee you a professional, affordable burial at sea for your loved ones.

Come aboard one of our spacious and comfortable vessel and set off for a cruise through the St. Lucie Inlet or Fort Pierce Inlet. Our captains will take you to a location 3 miles off shore, where your group can conduct a short memorial service for the deceased. Then our staff will assist in scattering the ashes from the boat. The total time for our standard charter is 3 hours, which includes 1/2 hour allotted for your memorial ceremony. At the end of the trip, we will provide you with a commemorative certificate stating the loved one's name, date and time of the scattering, and exact latitude and longitude of the ceremony.

Standard service price:  $700 (to 49 passengers)  

EXTENDED TIME

If you plan to perform a longer memorial service or would like to bring a funeral director or clergy to lead the ceremony, we recommend an extra 1/2 hour for the trip. This would allow for up to 1 hour for the service or extra time to reflect afterwards.

Extended time price: $100 per 1/2 hour

FLOWERS AND CATERING AVAILABLE

You can bring your own food, beverages, and flowers, or we can provide flowers or catering at an additional cost.
